To me the challenge is being able to place the pre-built furniture anywhere on the floorplan, the software knows that a sink, for example, goes in certain places in the floorplan because of the furniture placement so the customer can switch between the sinks to see what they want, then all furniture pre-configured so that different colors and textures can be swapped around from a macro level, not hand selecting each face on the solid model. These would need to be imported as 3D solid models (Step files.) so that we can put on display custom furniture.
We want to have a pre-built set of furniture that we place inside of a fuselage. So we make apartments with conference rooms, offices, showers, etc that are placed inside of airplanes. She teaches online and at live trainings throughout the country. She runs SketchUp for Interior Designers where she has taught SketchUp to interior designers for the last 6 years.
